ART CLASSES
Just like a bicep, we believe in keeping the creative muscle strong as well.
TABLE TENNIS
Work on your back hand, & get your headband. Its table tennis time.
YOGA
At FES older adults can find their zen by participating in yoga. Namaste.
DANCE CLASSES
Show us your moves! At FES our older adults find joy in dancing to the tune of great instructors.
